"Bitter Americans"

Obama catches a lot of crap for his quote in San Fran about smalltown Americans clinging to their guns and religion because of hard times. But this convention is providing the proof for that poorly-worded statement. Things are tough out there in America right now, and the GOP still hasn't mentioned the economy. Its all culture war stuff. All red meat. You can't campaign this way, dividing the country, and then govern effectively.
