Palin: Jet Did Not Sell on Ebay

Palin only said that she put the jet on eBay, which she did. It did not sell on eBay, but rather to a private party months later. McCain, however, is lying about it like crazy to make up for her honesty:

While Palin only fudged the truth by omission, John McCain is working heartily on embedding a falsehood derived from that omission: "You know what I enjoyed the most? She took the luxury jet that was acquired by her predecessor and sold it on eBay -- made a profit," he said, introducing Palin.

That aint true. In fact, not even close. They bought the jet for 2.7 million, put it on the market for $2.3, and sold it for $2.1. Liar on two counts.
